I guess I led a sheltered life, I thought only Dominicans fried salami 😂

Always surprises me (but shouldn’t) how different ethnicities eat so differently.
Baloney is often called newfie tube steak in parts of Canada. I grew up on Polish and Ukrainian garlic sausage. Salami in Canada is a whole different animal that Dominican salami.

I remember Olive Loaf...(actually most all of them). They also had a Ham Loaf with cheese pieces in it.

I'm not gonna lie, I thought all of them were fine and tasty when I was younger.

Lebanon Bologna was always my favorite. Can't find it here. Can get hard salami here in some delis. I so want Corned Beef and never found it here.
I buy it on Amazon. Also corned beef hash.

I found corn beef hash in Nacional before. How is it sending meat via Amazon? Doesn't it need to be kept cold? I so want a Reuben Sandwich.
No, I buy the canned variety. Better than nothing. I buy it with the Dave's killer sliced rye bread.

Brisket is available here, the butcher calls it pecho. Salt it with 2.5 % of its weight using sea salt. Put it in a large ziplock, in your refrigerator. Turn over each day. After 12 days, rinse in fresh water, boil and enjoy. Could not be easier.
