    Re.- Casa Linda Phase 4. 140m2 construction with large pool, 1000m2 lot and basic furniture going for usd$184,800. Maintenance fee is usd$165/mth not including pool mtce (xtra usd$100/mth) or electricity/water. Development does not offer any communal entertainment or sport facilities.
