I heard that the people from Capcana are changing the Cessna Carvans for BAE Jetstreams 41. One 30 Pax and the other executive. I guess its a step up? Bigger aircrafts, Multi-Engine, More comfortable.

I mean from 06-08 i`ve seen that almost anyone who gets a hand on some $$$ wants to bring a plane to D.R and start something new. Is is so easy? or are people on C.A.A over in D.R making it that easy?($$$$)
