    Can I get a HELOC on DR property?

    Is there any way how to get a HELOC (Home Equity Line Of Credit) on property in Dominican Republic? I am ready to buy a land in DR, but to secure my investment from any possible future crises, it would be nice to have a backup and to open a HELOC account against that land. Thank you.
