    Fireworks for the 4th of July??

    I will be coming down to the Dominican Republic during the 4th of July weekend. Does any know if there are any planned fireworks displays? If so, where will it be and will it be free or is there a cost?

    Jamaicans living in DR??

    I know of Jamaicans living in all the corners of the world, From Alaska to Australia. I would therefore assume that there would be some Jamaicans living in the Dominican Republic. Jamaicans where in DR are you? Are there any Jamaican restaurants, reggae clubs, festive events?
