Want to have a look in Feb at some potential condos for next winter .. x 2-3 months ... Staying at Casa Marina Beach and will take a cab to look at some at both ... any one special .. Not special..lol... on beach would be nice.. gym ..

1-2 bedroom . pool .. doesn't have to be on the ocean but like to walk the sand .. been to pC x10 years but think these areas would be better for a longer stay . Any good or bad places to look at or avoid would be helpfull. Retiring and the wife may come down for a week sometime..lol.. gracias

10 years to the east coast ... Barcelo Bavaro to Excellence and a couple in between. May venture up North one year.Only stay 2 weeks or less so the wife just wants sun, sand and cervesas... My spanish isn't too bad , just can't spell for chit... hola
