    If you have a bit of interior window ledge and space on sides and top, you can have a wooden frame made to fit. Staple wire mesh on the outside, and staple screen on the inside. Install a couple of cheap drawer pulls, so you can easily remove your new screen. Good luck!

    Brisket is available here, the butcher calls it pecho. Salt it with 2.5 % of its weight using sea salt. Put it in a large ziplock, in your refrigerator. Turn over each day. After 12 days, rinse in fresh water, boil and enjoy. Could not be easier.
