It seems a lot of businesses in the DR work their asking price like this:
"Well, if you put in some HD 48" flat screen TVs, upgrade the kitchen to commercial standards, develop a restaurant and manage to triple last year's revenue, it's well worth the asking price. It's more than we paid for it, although we haven't been able to increase revenue at all in three years. You don't expect us to take a loss on this, do you?"
Not that I know the situation at Eddy's. Maybe they picked up.
