I would contact the current owners of Eddy's Sports Bar and see if they will hire you as the GM. They left to go back to England and as far as I know the bar is closed. They want to sell and they would get a much better place if it could be sold as a turn-key.

Someone here can probly hook you up with them or you can look for them through a real estate company by Googling Sports Bar Sosua.

Do you speak Spanish? That would be a good start.
