I am considering renting an unfurnished apartment as opposed to a furnished apartment in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area.
In most cases I believe the unfurnished apartments are less expensive monthly rental, am I correct?
Also, I do know the difference between unfurnished and furnished but I was wondering if the unfurnished would possibly include the appliances, as stove, fridge, and possibly washer?
