Where could I find things like raw organ meat, chicken necks, basically raw meat scraps, to feed my dog.

Ok, I don't really have a local butcher, but I'll look around, in any case, were can I get the dog fixed, it's a female.
I knew that, but where, someone recommend a vet, and how much would it cost to get the dog checked out and neutered.
I found the dog, it had been abandoned in Cabrera.

Pico / el pecuezo = pick / chiken's Neck
