i am creating a trust in the usa and i own a condo in the dr.in the event of my death will dominican law recognize my trust and change title or ownership upon presentation of the trust and a copy of death certificate. or will i have to retitle the condo with the trust as owner? any help???

A trust doesn't have legal standing in the DR. It is not a legal person.
If you want to use a trust, form a company outside of the DR controlled by the trust, and then have the company buy the condo in the DR.
