I know this might sound like a stupid question, but I'm taking the application forms to my soon to be wife in the DR, but in the IMM 5406 form in section A, it sais to put the name of the applicant's spouse or common-law partner. That name would be mine? or is that space for if she had a spouse already and to be leave it blank if she does'nt have a spouse who is sponsoring her. Sorry for the confusing question, any help would be appreciated.
