Where can I get my watch fixed in Santiago?

I need to get my watch fixed in santiago. I always use a guy in La Sirena to adjust the size of my watch, but he didn't want to remove the back of the watch. The watch runs fine, but something is loose inside. It is not a cheap watch, so I don't want to throw it aways and it is not a expensive watch, that I want to send it back to the states.

any jewelry store has a watch repair man inside. They all know their watches and one has even fixed my tag that even in USA they could not fix. Unfortunately I can't recommend this guy to you. he died 6 months after fixing my watch.

Thanks for the help. Hopefully, they will be able to fix it. I was going to buy a new watch, until I saw the prices here.

Betances is the best I take all my jewelery to them and he even replaced the crystal on m y Cartier watch for a nice price

They open M-F from 8:00 am to 12 and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00pm
Saturday they work straight from 8:00 am to 5:30 p.m.
