Can anyone tell me if there is a reliable car rental agency in either Santo Domingo, Santiago, or Puerto Plata that will rent a car without a credit card?
If so, about how much would the deposit be? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I spend most of my time in Santiago, but I'd go to POP or SDQ to get the car if that's the only place where I can.
