Dominican Mayor of Lawrence, MA // in trouble

The city is a disgrace, and sinking fast. You really can't blame it ALL on the Mayor, as the city was already a mess. But this guy was soooooooo not qualified, and clearly Dominicans voted him in because he was Dominican. But now THEY are even turning on him. The guy is in WAAAAAY over his head.

It's a shame, alls he had to do was govern like he was in the United States, and NOT the DR......

4. Understand that you are held accountable for every move you make



I don't think he'll go easy...........

all those mid sized Northern cities are in trouble. It wouldnt matter if her were Dominican or Polish. It is all the same. No tax base with a population that needs alot of government services.

This guy was trouble from the start. A State Rep. that wanted to keep his Rep. job along with being Mayor. Finally he wised up and gave up the double dipping rep. job. True many mid sized cities in the North East are in fianacial trouble but it does not help when you hire your ex-wife, girlfriend, daughter and campaign manager to jobs they are not qualified for. Now he is badmouthing the police.
