PR Timelines for Canada

Good morning.

Can anybody tell me where I can find updated info on this subject??

Our app was received in SD on January 20, 2011, and we are still waiting with no way to find our a real timeline. They have been increasing the timelines on their web page, and by now the waiting period is set at 22 months.

For what I could see, you are practically the go-to person regarding Canada issues.

I am trying to open a thread asking about the Goods I will be allowed to take with me to Canada. My husband has told me that there are restrictions, but we can't find a list of what is or is not allowed for me to bring (like wood stuff, etc).

Do you know about this subject? Or better yet, can you tell me how to open a thread. I created my account here today.
