Customs fee for a laptop?

I bought one similar price three month ago, there was shipping to pay, too. But I think customs charged 16 %.

The problem is that nobody knows since there is not a published fee schedule. The only sure things are that if it is valued at more than $200, customs will charge a fee and they will decide at the time what the fee is.
