Any tips on getting to Denmark WITHOUT transiting through the USA?

I have two employees travelling (1 Dominican, 1 Haitian), and my boss just quit :(

Airlines? Sites?

Anything is helpful at this point! :)

I think nearly everyone tries to avoid the ghastly transit siuations in the USA which must be the worst in the world especially if you land in Miami with AA from a latin country .I am surprised that Panama City which is the hub for Copa does not try to attract an airline from Asia to stop there .To go to Europe at least you have the choices that matilda has given plus there are many charter flghts to Italy also ,,but to go Asia or Australasia the choice is only via Santiago which takes much longer

Even though it's old, I wanted to say thanks for your help everyone :)
We did the flights I mentioned above and even managed business class on the way back.

Thanks again!

Our final destination was Sweden, by train, hence the Sony Ericsson office ;)
