Residency for Middle eastern Citezens

Dear Gents and Ladies,

Is it true that people from middle eastern origins are having difficulties obtaining residencies in the Dominican republic?

As far as I have understood, the Dominican Republic is a country with equal opportunities and encourages foreign investors.

I would most appreciate your comments and your advise to which law firm (Professional & Accurate) could most be able to handle such applications.
