I live in Raleigh NC, best place to live in the US and my town looks poor compared to this...

I know exactly where that picture was taken, I used to live in that neighborhood...Corner of Ortega y Gazette and Av. 27 de Febrero.

I have not been to DR in a couple years but next time there
I want to see the kids going to a decent school no all those
Danm tunels and bypass that only makes people in the government

I have a funny feeling that "other skills" have been developed by now, and that somehow and someway, she'll do ok in life......

As far as the schooling, I'm pretty sure she was a DUMBASS long before she stepped into any school......

So, blaming the school........is just....well....ah.....hmm....DUMB......
