Consider Villa Olga over Los Jardines. Los Jardines has become very commercial and may not be the quietest neighborhood to live.
Depends. Furnished or un-furnished.
The Jardines has better services (water, lights and garbage) it is closer to where a lot of people like to go for entertainment and to downtown.
It is going commercial. It is almost like a big mall...but noise is not a factor...No "colmadones" around.
