hi,
ok im a usa citizen my wife is a dr national with usa permanent residency. what documents does she need to take our baby back to dr on vacation? she has her passport etc. just wondering about the baby. thank you

Baby needs passport, should bring birth certificate as well, establishing both of you as parents....not only to bring baby to DR but also to leave the DR....if the mother is traveling alone with baby, you MUST have a notarized letter that you give permission for baby to travel out of USA with mother, with dates of travel and airline info...
