What is the minimum age for driving a motor scooter and is a drivers license required? I mean the real legal terms, not common practice. Any info is appreciated.

I found out myself, yes license is required and minimum age is 18.

We need to spread the word fast about this new law. Next thing you know they will require license plates, lights, mirrors, maybe even a muffler?????????

Fortunately very few police know the law and so the kids are fine for now.

They know the law. They just can't enforce it because of sheer numbers.
