Hotels in Jarabacoa

I usually stay with friends when I come visit, but I'm hoping to stay for at least a week the next time I come, which probably won't be until the spring.

I can only find expensive hotels online.

Does anyone know of any hotels or places near the center of town that are more inexpensive? I'll be asking other friends, too.

What price do you call expensive.
