Some good news at last

The Playa Chiquita Hotel and Casino, a lot of interest and speculation on what is going on in Playa Chiquita and it now sounds like good news for whoever lives in the area or have businesses there as this should give a big boost to the area. It now makes sense why after all the years of flooding in the area that something is actually happening to elevate the problem with new drainage being installed around the old night club. Let's hope that he is not put off by the long line of people all looking for handouts but I am sure when the info is out the line will get longer. I hope he has some good people working for him.

Playa Chiquita (meaning small beach) is on the coast of Sosua and is one of two casinos in the region although the Dominican Republic itself is a gaming sanctuary.

what? who researches those articles?

i went there once only and was subjected to one of miesposo's stories about the glorious past. which always pi** me off: why past? why it did not last?
playa chiquita is such a beautiful area and it has so much potential. absolutely stunning location and shame how it fell. i hope this project will bring it back to life. imagine how gorgeous it can be!

the activity doing up the hotel has dropped off significantly after an exuberant start...the drainage channel is actually at the bottom of the road near the old carwash

I know of a German lady there that makes wonderful cakes and tasty treats. Go straight down past Hotel Voramar until it stops and turn left then it is the second house on the right. She has signs up and a few doggies there. Arent you worried about that figure DV8? You dont want to look like those fat gringas on vacation now do you? You can use to add a few kg, go for it!
