well, not so new but we just visited for the first time yesterday 
this place has been opened for few months now, i hear. it is right down the street from the metro station where farmacia virginia once was.

i went with miesposo and my GF from london. we had their tuesday special: plato del carne. they have specials few days a week: tuesday it is meat (beef, pork and chicken with two side dishes of your choice and a bottle of wine) for 1.180 pesos and wednesday seafood (langosta, shrimps and mero filet, two sides plus a bottle of wine) for 1.450 pesos. it is supposed to made for two but our meal was enough for the three of us!
we ordered additional plate of tostones, second bruchetta for starter (you get one service on the house) and two juices (fresh strawberry with orange, no sugar) and the whole bill with taxes and service came to 2.060 pesos. not bad!
the place is really pretty and nice, very clean look. all brand new. the service was excellent, wine decent enough for me to drink (i am not a huge fan of wines) and there was a guy playing a guitar and singing. definitely a place to come back to.
