I really need some advice please. Everyone I talk to gives different answers.
I have been living here for just over a year. I have asked at work about work visas and been told that there is no such thing and that all they ask is that I start the residency process. My employer insists that simple starting the process is enough.
Surely there must be some kind of work visa requirements?
I have not yet stared the residency process as it is expensive and time consuming and I want to be sure of all options available to me before hand.
At some point I will want to visit my home country but I want to be sure that I wont have a problem re entering the country.
