POP has limited choices, i'd say. either bournigal or hernandez. both private hospitals, quite close, in fact.
i would rather inquire about best gynecologist and stay with him, regardless of the hospital (that is, give birth in the hospital where your doc works).
my personal feeling is that santiago has much better doctors and that's where i go so i cannot help here. friends and family gave birth in both hospitals in POP and i hear good opinions about both. probably hernandez is a bit more popular among mothers...
