Are the ATMs all non-functional in Sosua at the moment or is there something wrong with our cards? Three days of: 'Not able to complete your transaction at this time', at three different banks, with three different cards (Visa and Plus). Inside the bank: 'Sorry the systema is down; try later.' I haven't seen the likes of this since 2006.

Has anyone out there in DR1-land drawn money lately?

OK it's working for some, but not for others? Doesn't seem to matter PLUS,CIRRUS. BMO worked.

Why dont you go into the bank instead? They even have AC while you wait.

Isn't it always like that?! Sometimes my cards work at one place and sometimes they don't. I LOVE the guessing game and driving from one place to another. Never a dull moment
My BMO is deff the best of all my cards! Other than my obvious Scotia bank card from here.
