Geez, how many times does this thing need to be sold to stay sold? It's worth $10million according to what appraisal?

Still, it would be nice to own. Maybe I can swap my house for this one? Should I put that in the DR1 Swap Meet sticky?

there where several auciton but it was never sold so they try it again... with i think the same result!
