"Mobility" on Dominican Passport

I was wondering to which countries a Dominican passport holder can travel WITHOUT needing a visa.

I called the consulates and got confirmations so far from the following two countries:

Chile
Argentina

I've been told that Japan and Hong Kong are also on the list, even Iceland.

Could somebody post a complete list or direct me to a website or a source I can obtain a complete list ? Is there a website of the Dominican passport agency that carries the list or a phone number I can call ?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Costa Rica in error.

Costa Rica will not, at least in 1999, permit Dominicans to legally enter the country w/o a visa. I, holder of an American passport, tried to visit Costa Rica with my Dominican Inamorata. We visited the Costa Rican Embassy in Santo Domingo twice; procedures are in place to process visas for Dominicans. Her visa was denied? I cancelled the trip. There's some rough justice in this.
