Since lamb was mentioned, now I want lamb....is there anywhere in Sosua or Cabarete where you can get lamb, preferably cooked as a meal in a restaurant, but I can BBQ my own

I am not too acquainted with Sosua or Cabarete but if you ever visit Santiago then go to Ristorante Pedro's which is located on Calle Salome Urena 18, Los Jardines, Santiago. Telephone 809 582 2144.

They serve incredible lamb shanks as well as lamb stew and cutlets. You will not be disappointed if you like lamb.
