CPR certification classes?

Does anyone know of anyone/anywhere in the country that is teaching Professional Level CPR that is taught through any of the following organizaitons:
American Red Cross
American Heart Association
American Safety and Health Institute

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
