I am curious to know who pays this settlement, the team Offerman played for or Offerman himself. If it is the latter then I seriously doubt this person has any hope of collecting. Didn't Offerman have an issue with an umpire here during the winter baseball season?

hmmm, But Jose offerman was the coach for Tigres del Licey, he just got replaced like 3 days ago.
