I first met her in 09 when she sent me an email and said she was going to Dajabon with her 8 month son, -- and I said..Not alone,you are not... Later we --with her husband and child..= travelled to Pedernales together.. and have become dear friends.
Many many people here helped with this book..
dra Fumagalli is in love with Santo Domingo, would adore to move here..
This book is an academic one but the hope is that there will be a way to have it translated into Spanish and French so that it can be made more accessible.
