danilo opens the second part of SD bypass

It's a nice belt way, at least the first part, I drove it twice now, but I haven't come across another vehicle than the MOPC vehicles along the stretch every kilometer or so. All the trucks with their idiot drivers (sorry to say, but I haven't come across a truck driver with 'juicio') are still taking Luperon (probably to save rd$100).

By the way, the first stretch is rd$100, is the second part also RD$100? Or rd$100 in total?

I care.. the truck traffic has somehow greatly diminished in front of the apartment.. not that I know where they are going but it is better..
