Which is the highest point in SDQ with public access?
Torre Caney is the tallest building, there's a heliport and pool at the top, but I don't know if it has public access to get up there.

I would be able to see it from my place but Body Shop is blocking it. Would love to use that tower as take off point for my drone.
I tend to use it when referring to Santo Domingo, pure laziness... Seems that people know what I mean, or is Torre Caney now in Las Americas?
