one of the builders working on cedimat construction fell down the shaft of a filtration well. his body cannot be reached and removed because the shaft is narrow but deep and half of it is submerged in water. and DR lacks equipment to do it anyways. there are also some doubts regarding the victim himself, who was initially identified as a dominican of haitian origin but it seems he could have been using someone else's cedula. the construction has been temporarily halted but will continue. with the body suck where it is.
