Flemming has passed

Flemming of the Playa Vista in Boca Chica passed away on the weekend of September 5/6.

He had lymphoma which depleted his red blood cells. Blood transfusions helped but his heart gave out last weekend.

The last time I saw him was a few years ago he was still living on the property and renters were running the bar. His son Junior was living there.

Frank, Flemming was not a gregarious guy but a great guy when you got to know him. As far as I know he was either the majority owner or the sole owner of the property. I don't know if he died in Boca Chica or if he had returned to Europe for treatment.
