On Wednesday February 24th in Puerto Plata Skarrn Ryvine from the US Embassy in Santo Domingo (a specialist abour US Voting Abroad will be at The Meeting Place (calle Juan Bosch 60, POP) to describe the procedures. He will be joined by the newly-appointed Puerto Plata Consular Agent, Paola Jimenez. Puerto Plata is only one of two cities in the Dominican Republic that has a fully-staffed US Consul Office. In addition a US politics specialist will lead a discussion on what might be the impact of the US Elections for non-Americans.
