Buying a house with a dominican girl

About this subject we hear everything and its contrary. So what does EXACTLY say the dominican law when :
. a foreigner buys a property here and puts it under his name
. he lives full time with his dominican girlfriend. They are NOT MARRIED.

What happens if one day they separate? What is the girl entitled over the house and furnitures...

Sounds like a 'union concubinato' which is recognized in the Constitution since 2010.

You might want to take some legal advice and have a financial agreement.

Yes of course I ll take legal advice as well... BTW the house is not bought yet. I am eventually planning to buy one...

I would still go with renting both the girl and the house. Way less hassle and easier to get rid of when you want to move on. Especially the house part
