yesterday BHD bank in the city centre, close to JCE building was robbed. the thieves entered the bank dressed as security agents and got away with 5.5 million pesos and 43,000 dollars.

I notice diariolibre omitted mentioning that the stolen money was recovered.

If life imitates art, then Hollywood scriptwriters should set up residence in the DR. They couldn't, in their wildest drug addled state, dream up the stuff that happens on a daily basis in the DR. Maybe they could do a remake of Ocean's Eleven DR style. Lol!
