It's unfortunate that they lose their lives over something that can be prevented by using simple common sense and courtesy.
I've seen my share of gruesome accidents and one cannot come back from that.

It sid in several accidents in Cibao over the week end.

Be aware of that, they probably don't have a current insurance policy...

Sadly the human condition in the Dominican Republic is very low in comparison to US, Western Europe or good Latin American countries like Uruguay, Chile and Argentina. People like to die young here by irresponsible life choices.

Well meeting the everyday in the streets, just wondering why not more are involved in accidents. Nobody who parts in traffic here could be surprised.
personally i just think 7 idiots less, thank good I am not involved.
