Does anybody know a hobby or crafts store where I can purchase a paint easel with oil color paints and brushes in the Santiago/POP area?

There are a number of places in POP. I'll have to look up the actual name but there are by the big "farmers market".

I suggest calling Casa de Art de Sosua .....Phone: 809-571-2442. They have classes there as well as a resident artist who must be able to refer a store for you.

We found a small place in Santiago next to Nacional supermarket near Intl Plaza. I dont remember name but it was like a school supply store with some art/craft supplies.
