Employment Opportunity- Property Manager - ENGLISH AND SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY
We are a family owned vacation rental site recruiting for a Part Time Property Manager who speaks English and willing to reside on site.
Duties for the Part Time Property Manager role include:
? Liaising with guests regarding check-in and check-out times, directions to the villas and any other enquiries they may have
? managing electricity deposit returns and inventories
? dealing with maintenance enquiries, queries and requirements
? Ensuring cleaning of property is done at a high standard and repairs are carried out in a timely fashion
? Keeping a log on what items in the property need to be repaired and replaced on a weekly basis
? Dealing with any complaints or problems within an agreed time frame.
The ideal candidate will:
ideally have experience of Property Management
? good understanding of Lettings and Property Management Procedures and Legalities
? have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritize workload
? Speak Fluent English and Spanish (our guests are usually from Canada, US and Europe)*
? be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
? have great communication skills and an approachable personality.
? The hours are dependent on when guests arrive and leave the property.
The salary package consists of free accommodation and a commission percentage of monthly takings
