Does the place that sells reading glasses inside La Sirena also to eye tests for prescription glasses ?

The shop is just an eyeglasses shop not a doctors office. DR. CARLOS JUAN BURROUGHS at Centro Medical Bournigal in POP. 
809-586-2342 is the owner of the shop and you would need to make an appointment for the eye exam. Dr Burroughs is the owner of this La Sirena shop and another near the hospital.

You don't want an optician for an eye exam,you want an optometrist for that. The purpose of an eye exam is twofold,a vision test which will determine your need for eyeglasses or not and an examination of your eyes for disease or infection. An optician is fully capable of the vision test but not qualified to check your eyes for potential problems. I have been a licensed optician for 30 years.
