ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR A FAIR SKINNED GIRL TO GET A NICE TAN???

hello,

Just one of my stupud questions again..Anyway's my skin if pretty fair so usually when I go in the sun I burn even with suncreen but eventually get brown.. Any suggestions for me on my trip to the Dominican Republic... After all I want to come back to Canada with a nice tan not looking like a lobster.

Any comments would be appreciated.. After all the people who will respond must know what I will be gowing through..

Go to a tanning salon before you go away. Sit in for several short sessions over several weeks. This will tan you slowly and provide a good base to travel to the DR with.

Don't hate me, but I am just not a fan of tanning. Your skin darkening is just its own defensive response to sun DAMAGE. Buy one of those self-tanning products (Estee Lauder or Revlon). They work fine, and everyone will think you got a tan in the DR!
