Anna, there are several good free programs that you can use to check out the IP's that ZA reports are trying to access your computer. If you want to put one of them on your computer, I can send you the urls. The one I have had personal experience with is NeoTrace Light.
If you just want to check occasionally, go to http://combat.uxn.com/ and type the IP in IPWhosis if you just want to know who it belongs to. If you want to see the route that was followed to get to your computer, type the IP in Traceroute.

I got your message saying it only gave you domain name. Not sure which box you plugged the info into, but it couldn't havae been IP Whosis or Traceroute. Plugging 209.162.233.202 into TraceRoute gives you the specifics. Here is what I got:
