I have to say that I really enjoy reading these message boards.
You guys really sound like a great group of people who love this island. I really love this island also, been to Punta Cana,Puerto Plata, looked at property to buy up there, but I have to admit that I'am a whimp! I really enjoy the AI. Don't get me wrong we do venture out to see the real DR. We rented a jeep and drove around Puerto Plata and Cabarete to look at property for
sale and it was a true experience for this country girl. We will be going back to Punta Cana the 1st week in Dec. and we are taking
3 other couples with us that have never been to the DR.
They're more comfortable at Cancun, but my boyfriend and I really enjoy the DR. Can't wait to get back!
